Technical features and advantages:
1. This machine mainly produces single-wall corrugated pipes with PVC, PP, and PE as raw materials;
2. The corresponding mold is used once to form a corrugated pipe product with smooth inner and outer walls;
3. The corrugated pipe production line consists of a single/twin screw extruder, a molding machine, a module, an air/water cooling device, a counter and a winding machine. Small corrugated pipes of various sizes can be continuously extruded;
4. The screw and mold adopt a special structural design, which not only ensures convenient and reliable mold replacement, but also solves the problem of easy wear and difficult molding of the screw barrel. The production line has fast speed, stable operation, simple control and convenient operation;
5. The molding machine has a closed structure and can be vacuum molded. The molding module reciprocates in the overall closed molding tunnel, and the molding tunnel adopts a sandwich design. There is no connection between the modules, which shortens the time for changing molds to maintain efficient production and rapid cooling;
