This production line is mainly used for granulation of various recycled plastics. With a special screw design and different configurations, it can also be applied to the production of various recycled plastics such as PP, PE, PET, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, PMMA, etc., as well as color-mixed granulation.

Production process: Raw materials → Extruder → Pelletizing die head → Cooling water tank → Drying machine → Pelletizing machine → Storage box

The equipment consists of an extruder main unit, a pelletizing machine, and a cooling tank (or air-cooling equipment). This complete set of equipment is well-matched and can be continuously produced, directly granulated, and the granulation is clean, without pollution or aging phenomena, greatly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency. The gearbox adopts a high-torque design, achieving noise-free and smooth operation performance.
The screw and barrel are specially hardened, featuring wear resistance, good mixing performance, and high output.
