This machine is mainly used for film composite embossing of EPE foamed sheet materials. The patterns are generally small squares, but can also be specially made according to the user’s requirements. The embossed sheet materials are mainly used for floor films, floor heating and geothermal energy, and for making packaging bags for electronic instruments and meters. Printed materials that have undergone lamination technology, due to the addition of a thin and transparent plastic film on the surface, have a brighter surface. This not only enhances the gloss and durability of pearl cotton, prolonging its service life, but also the plastic film provides protection against dirt, water, wear, folding, and chemical corrosion.
