1), Performance and advantages:
The HDPE/MDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe production line independently developed by EMA Company features a unique structure, high degree of automation, convenient operation and stable continuous production
It’s definitely reliable. The pipes produced by this production line have moderate rigidity and strength, as well as good flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance and excellent hot-melt welding performance.
It has become the preferred product for urban gas transmission pipelines and outdoor water supply pipes.
2), Performance and features: The latest two-layer or three-layer helical molds developed by EMA Company are used for the extrusion of double-resistant pipes. The wall thickness of the co-extruded layer is uniform, and the inner and outer layers are made of double-resistant materials (flame-retardant and anti-static).
The core layer adopts ordinary HDPE, which greatly reduces the usage of double-anti materials and thereby lowers the cost of double-anti pipes.
