The SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a professional equipment suitable for the extrusion molding of various PVC powder materials. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, rods and granulation, etc.

1. The main unit can adopt PLC full touch screen and manual buttons, and domestic and foreign imported and exported electrical appliances are preferred. The barrel and reducer are provided by the largest domestic manufacturer, ensuring quality.

2. The barrel adopts a special cooling system, which is highly practical for heat dissipation, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃. According to the different formula requirements of users, the most reasonable structure of the barrel and screw is formulated to achieve the best plasticizing state and logistics quality. The barrel and screw are made of imported high-quality alloy steel materials such as 38CrMoALA/42CrMo(JIS SCM440), 9Cr18MoV, CW6Mo5Cr4V2, SKD61, etc. They are processed by high-precision dedicated CNC screw milling machines, which can ensure that the extrusion performance of each similar extruder is highly consistent. It was the first to introduce the world’s most advanced variable pitch and variable depth screw technology, making the shearing and compression of logistics in the screw more gentle and closer to the actual needs.

3. The barrel and screw undergo nitriding treatment, with hard chromium plating, high-frequency quenching, alloy spraying and inlaying of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy, thereby enhancing the service life of the barrel and screw. The gearbox is specially designed, with exceptionally enlarged bearings. It is imported from Germany in its original form, featuring high transmission durability and a long service life, capable of withstanding greater extrusion pressure. The electrical system adopts imported components to the greatest extent and has multiple fault alarm functions, resulting in fewer faults and quick troubleshooting.

4. Different models, when equipped with different molds and production processes, can produce various PVC products of different shapes and sizes.
